Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at SOMOL, LLC. We appreciate your business and value your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below are our policies regarding returns and refunds for both U.S. and international customers.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

– Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

– In the original packaging.

– Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

– Customized products

– Gift cards

– Downloadable software products

– Some health and personal care items

U.S. Returns

1. Initiating a Return: To return an item, please email us at or call us at +1 (929) 201-5056 to obtain a return authorization.

2. Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please pack the item securely and include any paperwork, accessories, and manuals that were included in the original shipment.

3. Refund: Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes. The process for initiating a return is the same as for U.S. returns.

1. Contact Us: Reach out via email or phone to start the return process.

2. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Customs and Duties: Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid being charged customs duties and taxes. SOMOL, LLC is not responsible for any customs and duties charged on the returned items.


Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the return address provided in the return authorization.
